1. Use of Cookies

Cookies are small files used on websites to track activity, remember preferences etc. They are small files which are stored on your device when you browse to certain pages and certain sites. Cookies are used in as few places as possible on the ACTiO website, but a small number are required to be used for the site to operate correctly. When you access the site cookies will be stored on the device from which you are browsing. We do this to help us analyse the usefulness/popularity of the various parts of our site. No personal data is stored.

2. Other Personal Information Collected And Stored

We collect information when you register your interest via the ACTiO website or via email. This includes information such as your name, e-mail and other contact details or business requirements. We will only use your personal information to provide you with information about our products and services via telephone, email or post.  We do not sell, rent, or otherwise provide your personal information to third parties without your consent except where it is necessary to carry out your instructions or where required by law. We will process your personal information in accordance with the relevant provisions of the DPA and will not transfer your personal information outside the EEA. We are bound by the General Data Protection Regulations and relevant laws and regulations.

We do not process sensitive information. We take care to ensure all personal information held by us is safe, secure and is protected from misuse, interference, unauthorised access, loss, modification or disclosure. Where information is held in outside services, e.g. Dropbox, we ensure that our arrangements with those service providers protect your privacy and that any such party is subject to the General Data Protection Regulations.

3.  Security and use of the internet

We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that any of your personal information under our control is stored securely and safely in accordance with good industry practice. However, the internet is not 100% secure environment, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit via the website or email. This includes but is not limited to the website of our partners as listed in the Partners pages on the website.
